EasyMend™ is odorless and low in viscosity allowing the product to deeply penetrate and "nano-lock" into the concrete better than epoxy. EasyMend™ does not become brittle as epoxies do over time and sets quickly allowing use in just minutes. Below Zero: The product is unique in that it can repair spalls of most any size at below zero temperatures.

ADVANTAGES:
EasyMend™ repairs are put back in service in minutes after the installation is made. The EasyMend™ is intended for use in damaged concrete, from parking decks to warehouse/cold storage floor spalls. This product is especially useful in these areas where "Down- time" is limited and a facility must operate around the clock.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Concrete must have a minimum 28 day cure prior to application. Concrete Must Be Dry. Clean the concrete repair area surface and remove all unsound concrete, dust and debris. Prepare surface using a dry diamond blade or a twisted wire wheel for spalls. Cut perimeter of damage with dry diamond blade to form a key-way. Chase and open cracks to provide some depth to the crack to allow for quick traveling of the product deep into the crack.

MIXING:
If mixing less than a full kit, mix part A & part B separately with a stir stick, low speed mixer, or vigorously shake container prior to blending the smaller kit to ensure uniform distribution of all ingredients. Proper mixing is pertinent to application success. In equal parts (1:1), mix part A and part B using a clean, dry mixing container. Using a stir stick jiffy mixer, slow speed mix the contents for approximately 30 seconds. Do not use a paddle mixer. No induction time is required prior to use, nor after mixing. After mixing, use immediately. Dry Sand or Silica Quartz may be used as a filler. Wet prime deep spalls prior to using a slurry sand mortar mix, then add your slurry mix immediately before wet prime cures.
